I am a general dentist who values gentle, honest, and thorough dental care. My aim is to help patients feel comfortable, listened to, and well informed at every stage of their treatment.
After completing my dental qualifications in Queensland in 2016, I worked across a range of communities, including rural practice, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane. I have now been caring for patients in Ferny Hills for the past three years and enjoy being part of a local practice where long-term relationships and trust are so important.
I enjoy many aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in restorative dentistry, root canal treatment, geriatric dentistry, and removable prosthodontics, including dentures. I also have a strong interest in helping patients manage worn or heavily restored teeth, with a focus on improving comfort, function, and long-term oral health.
My philosophy is to provide practical, carefully considered treatment with clear explanations and no pressure. I believe good dentistry starts with understanding each patient’s needs, concerns, and goals, then working together to find the right approach.
Continuing Education
I regularly pursue further education to continue developing my clinical skills. My continuing education has included training in the restoration of the worn dentition, bridgework with Dr Michael Mandikos, and further courses in periodontitis and oral surgery through the Australian Dental Association Queensland.
I have also completed postgraduate study in information technology and artificial intelligence, with a focus on natural language processing, reflecting my interest in technology, learning, and problem-solving.
Outside of Dentistry
Away from the clinic, I enjoy playing squash, tennis, and piano.
“I look forward to welcoming you to Ferny Smiles Dental and helping you feel confident in your care.”
